Terms of service

The terms that apply to quotations, appointments and repair work.

Quotations

Any price provided from photographs is an initial, indicative estimate only. Final scope and price are confirmed after the attending technician inspects the wheel in person.

Suitability and inspection

All work is subject to inspection and suitability. If, on inspection, a wheel is found to be unsuitable for a mobile cosmetic repair, we will decline the work and explain why.

We do not carry out structural repairs, welding, straightening or any work on cracked, bent or buckled wheels.

Working conditions

Mobile work requires a flat, private and safe working area with adequate space, appropriate access, suitable weather and permission from the property owner or occupier.

You are responsible for confirming that we are permitted to carry out work at the nominated location. If the site is unsuitable on arrival, we may reschedule the appointment.

Expected outcome

Cosmetic repair aims to substantially improve the appearance of damage. It is not a factory refinish. Colour, texture and gloss are matched as closely as the finish allows, and a perfect match cannot be guaranteed, particularly on aged, faded or specialty finishes.

Your responsibilities

Please ensure the wheels are reasonably accessible, that the vehicle can remain stationary for the duration of the work, and that you disclose any known previous repairs, damage or aftermarket coatings.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless agreed otherwise in writing. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the time of booking.

Cancellations

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule so the appointment can be offered to someone else.

Consumer guarantees

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
